Just incredible isn't it???????Wednesday, December 12, 2007

The guys have made it to LePaz and seemed to be happier than in Cabo, of course $27 a night compared to $165 would make anybody smile. The Frayed Knot came out of the water again to have that screaming bearing fixed so as soon as I hear from Paul I will update you all. I do know that they will spend a few more days in LePaz and then head for Mazatlan, according the other cruisers fishing will be better there as I believe the water is warmer. Thanks for the comments on the blog, Paul hasn't seen them as of yet as while in dry dock he does not have Internet access so his replies will be a little late. I hope everyone was able to see the beautiful sunset pictures we sent out, unfortunately I can only download 2 of them, also the camera has sustained some water damage, not from underneath but from above (rain) so pictures from this point on will be a little scarce. Well that is about it for now until next time Same fish time Same fish channel!!

Adios Los Cabos
Well they are off again, Jake and Paul have pulled up the anchors and are on their way to Le Paz. Once there they will have the Frayed Knot pulled out of the water again to take care of the screaming bearing. Hopefully this will be the last time she needs to be pulled. Still have not caught their marlin, although they see them swimming along side of the boat, just for spite I am sure. They bought a couple of more lures while in town as the Wahoo have stolen 3 of their good ones, apparently they are the "cheetah of the sea" as swim about 70mph, and are able to bite through steel lines and they leap tall buildings in a single bound... sorry I was confusing the fish with superman. While in Le Paz they will be able to answer e-mails and upload pictures YEAH!!! then those of us left behind can enjoy this too! Stay tuned for the next update Same fish time same fish channel!!
P.S. Bob, Paul has the SSB dialed in now

Cabo Life
Thanks Bob, for the weather information I forwarded that e-mail along to Paul, and I will continue to check that daily for them! The boys seem to be enjoying Cabo San Lucas, they have been out fishing everyday and although they still have yet to catch the ever so elusive Marlin they have caught some tuna and durado. Saturday upon returning to shore Jake took his durado into the Squiggly Marlin wait maybe it's the Giggly Marlin I'm not sure last time I was there we hit that bar after being in CaboWabo for a few hours-so I really don't remember it well except that they have a mango margarita, anyway when you bring in your catch they will clean, cook and serve it for you-So Paul and Jake truly enjoyed that! Apparently Paul's e-mail is not going through, if you need to contact him he can be reached by cell (if you don't have that number contact me at the house or my cell). The current plan is to actually continue fishing in Cabo but to move to a new living area as the slips at Cabo are running about $165.00 a day, today they are heading up to the "fingers" and then possibly they will move over to La Paz to stay for a while. I am hoping to have Jake upload some photos for all to see soon. "til we meet again... Same fish time, Same Fish channel
